Matt Coyne
President
Matt is a graduate of the University of Vermont and the Financial Management Program at General Electric. His corporate experience includes financial management positions at GE Medical Systems, GE Appliances, Fisher Scientific, and Precision Castparts. He was GM of the AETC Precision Casting Facility in Leeds, England. This $55M division of Precision Castparts manufactured complex super-alloy castings for aerospace and industrial power generation markets worldwide. Matt’s unique background and experience are particularly well suited to manufacturing, distribution, and professional service companies seeking a strategic or financial buyer.
He is a frequent speaker on M&A topics pertaining to privately held business transactions and has facilitated over 120 privately held business transactions since leaving the corporate world.
Matt is the author of Straight Talk from the Front Lines: Dispelling the myths and providing clear guidance about selling your business.
Matt completed a seven year long process and was ordained a Deacon in 2019. Matt, his wife, Lisa, and their seven children live in Chester County, PA.

James received an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Business Administration from the School of Business at Villanova University.
James, his wife, Laura, their daughter, and their chocolate lab live in Delaware County, PA.

Vice President
Frank is a co-founder of Brandywine M&A. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University. Frank previously owned and operated a software reseller and a real estate development firm. Frank has held certifications in Exit Planning and Family Business Advisory as well as serving on founding board for XPX Philadelphia (The Exit Planning Exchange) and The Exit Planning Institute’s Philadelphia Chapter. He is also a Certified Value Builder.
Frank is also the founder of Exit Decisions, an information and related advisory focused on helping owners make crucial decisions regarding future ownership of their companies with a core focus on protecting and increasing the value of the business. Frank also a partner and advisor to Value Prop Interactive, a Strategic Marketing and Sales consulting and training firm.
Frank, his wife Barbara, and their 3 children live in Chester County, PA.
